DUBLIN, OH, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Gold Path Solar, an employee-owned solar installation company headquartered in Dublin, has been named Ohio’s recipient of EnergySage’s 2026 Installer of the Year award. EnergySage announced the recognition on March 4, 2026, as part of its third annual awards honoring solar and energy storage contractors across the United States.

EnergySage selected recipients from its network of vetted installer partners. According to its announcement, the awards recognize companies for quality, service and consumer trust, with consideration given to licensing, certifications, experience, responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Gold Path Solar was named the local winner for Ohio among 43 companies recognized nationally.

Gold Path Solar provides residential solar installation, commercial solar and battery storage across Ohio, Kentucky and South Carolina. The company pairs each customer with a dedicated Solar Advocate who remains involved from the initial consultation through design, permitting, installation and activation, providing a consistent point of contact throughout the project.

“We make sure every homeowner we work with has their expectations properly set upfront, from the design and financial benefits to each step of our process,” said Jake Trubiano, co-founder of Gold Path Solar. “This recognition reflects the importance of clear communication and a team that stays accountable throughout the project.”

Gold Path Solar’s design process begins with a review of the property’s electricity consumption, roof or site conditions and the customer’s energy goals. Those details help determine the proposed system size and expected production. Customers receive estimates based on their own circumstances, including utility requirements and financing considerations, so they can evaluate whether solar fits their needs.

A residential solar installation in Powell, Ohio, for homeowner Matthew V. illustrates the company’s approach. Matthew connected with Gold Path Solar after comparing quotes through EnergySage. Gold Path Solar designed a 10.32-kilowatt rooftop system with 24 solar panels, projected to offset 88.5% of his annual electricity consumption. The installation was completed in one day. Matthew’s dedicated Solar Guide kept him informed throughout the project and helped him use the monitoring app after the system was activated.

Gold Path Solar’s in-house team coordinates site surveys, engineering documents, permits and utility interconnection. Following installation and required approvals, the company helps customers access their system-monitoring platform and remains available for support related to their installation.
More information about the recognition is available in EnergySage’s award announcement. Gold Path Solar’s services and Matthew’s project details are available on the company’s website.
