FY26 Tenant Satisfaction Survey scores earn ‘A-list’ service rating for two Knox Hills neighborhoods
Fort Knox, Ky. — This year’s annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey has resulted in two special accolades for the Fort Knox military housing community.
The first is that Knox Hills improved its scores across all survey categories for the second consecutive year. Secondly, two neighborhoods received A-list ratings for service satisfaction. Knox Hills Project Director Katie Huff says these accolades significantly reflect the team’s ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and resident experience.
“Our progress year over year allows us to better understand how residents perceive the services, housing and community experience we provide,” said Huff. “These awards are an honor, but more importantly they serve as validation that our efforts are having a positive impact.”
To qualify for an A-list rating, according to Huff, a neighborhood must achieve a service satisfaction score of at least 85 while meeting the required resident response rate. This year, North and South Dietz earned a score of 88.5, and Oak Park earned a score of 85.3.
Major survey category scores for the 2026 fiscal year:
-
Overall satisfaction - 82.2 a 3.2-point increase from 2025
-
Service satisfaction - 86.0, a 2.6-point increase from 2025
-
Property satisfaction - 76.6, a four-point increase from 2025
Huff said some of the key initiatives that aided their score increases were improvements to team coordination that enhanced move-in readiness and maintained community standards, expanding proactive outreach efforts, and continuing investments in community infrastructure and amenities.
These efforts contributed to measurable improvements in several key business success factors, including:
· Quality of Management Services - 84.3 a 3.9-point increase from 2025 · Property Appearance & Condition - 78.5 a 4.4-point increase from 2025 · Renewal Intention - 82.0 a 4.1-point increase from 2025 “While we are encouraged by improvements, and honored by the A-list recognition, we view these results as motivation to keep moving forward,” said Huff. “Survey results help guide our priorities, and we will use this feedback to build on our progress and continue raising the standard for military housing at Fort Knox.”
